This 2-day workshop offers participants ways to identify troubled and at-risk children and behavioral indicators of these youth. It also offers strategies for the effective education and treatment of this challenging and increasing population.  Participants examine the dynamics of conflict, personal ways of managing conflict, and how their involvement with at-risk and troubled youth can either escalate or de-escalate conflict.
