This 3-day workshop offers participants an understanding of the importance of team and community in effectively serving children and youth.  The workshop describes the components of successful and meaningful communities and explains the behaviors of authentic team members.  The stages of community development are examined and participants are supported in beginning the process of community building within their schools/programs/organizations, etc.
