The SEARCH (Supporting Educators with Appreciation, Renewal, Consciousness and Healing) Group is a support group for educators held in weekly sessions.  This two-hour group meeting is facilitated by a minimum of one (1) group facilitator/coach; two (2) depending upon size of group.  Voluntary, participatory and interactive groupings including discussion, coaching, and information sharing.

 The SEARCH Group is offered to educators to:

1) provide educators with support through service and coaching,
2) provide coaching to educators in order to facilitate the realization of intended outcomes; and
3) elevate awareness/consciousness of educators in order to maximize opportunities for student and educator success

The SEARCH Group provides participants with:

• Support, coaching, and information relevant to living and the field of education
• A forum to discuss and problem-solve issues relevant to educators
• Opportunities to identify intentions as educators
• Opportunities to identify and utilize skills and universal principles which enhance educator performance
• Benefits of expertise from a professional with experience as an educator, group facilitator, trainer, and professional/personal/spiritual life coach
