Policy and Procedure Development (PPD) assists programs and organizations in developing appropriate and effective operating procedures or in examining current operating procedures for purposes of restructuring and/or revision. PPD supports programs in responding to the ever-changing needs of our children and youth by offering best-practices research and utilizing this research to devise policies and procedures that maximize opportunities for program and student success. PPD also examines operating policies and procedures for purposes of clarity, consistency, and appropriateness as related to intended outcomes and fulfillment of program philosophy, mission, and goals/objectives.
