This 2-day workshop examines the components and practices of nurturing school and program environments that maximize opportunities for student success. Participants identify these components and are supported in identifying and implementing strategies that facilitate development of positive learning environments for students. The workshop also describes ways in which adults can be nurtured in these environments and presents techniques for ensuring that the school environment can be supportive for staff and students alike.
