Program Needs Assessment (PNA) responds to the necessity for programs and organizations to:

1) gain clarity regarding their on-going needs
2) engage in periodic and comprehensive self-assessment. 

PNA supports programs and organizations by actively engaging all personnel in examination of current practices, procedures, and operations and evaluation of their effectiveness and appropriateness as related to student and program needs.  PNA also provides organizations with statistical data which may influence decisions regarding training/development needs, program operations, program structure, and additional program expansion and development.
