This 2-day workshop examines the concept of leadership and the distinctions of school leadership.  Participants explore their leadership styles and the outcomes of their styles.  The model of servant leadership is also examined and is connected to the necessity of serving those in our schools/programs who serve others.  The topics of supervision, evaluation, employee coaching, conducting effective meetings, and staff development are discussed and techniques for success are presented.
