This 2-day workshop describes The Conflict Cycle and offers participants an in-depth examination of personal styles of crisis and conflict management.  Participants learn the difference between responding and reacting to disruptive behavior.  An understanding of the relationship between thoughts, feelings, and behavior will be examined.  Reasons why adults get angry and “sucked in” to student crisis are offered in addition to techniques and strategies to avoid escalating student conflict and decrease the occurrence of crisis events.
